Portrait of a Nation follows service industry workers and union leaders across one of the most prolific striking periods in the history of industrial action in the United Kingdom. The project is ongoing, seeking to collaboratively explore the lived experiences of those faced with the prospect of striking. Unlike other periods of industrial action, 2022-2023 saw workers from all kinds of industries go on strike. The  work made in this series explores this diversity, seeking to both highlight and question the place of workers in Britain today.

Exhibited at Salford University, The Northern Eye International Festival, The Williamson Gallery and soon to be exhibited at the Chancellor's Offices. University of Salford, in 2024.
